All competitors are responsible for reading the competition rules and guidelines contained therein, including eligibility requirements, dress code, as well as all event policies and disclaimers, and for submitting the proper forms to the REGISTRAR.

Note: All competitors must submit a Waiver of Liability Form prior to competing.

Note: All dates and times noted above are Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Unless prior arrangements are made with the competition registrar, failure to submit fees by the indicated postmark deadline will cause one’s registration to be assessed at the rate of the following registration period.

The associated individual competitor registration fees are as follows:

The above competitor fee permits individual competitors to enter an “unlimited” number of dances subject to level eligibility (see §4.3.2 of the Rules & Registration packet).

The “Nightclub single-event” fee is only for those competitors intending to dance only one event (i.e., only one level of one dance) in the Nightclub category. Those competitors wishing to take advantage of this special rate must register by the regular registration deadline.

All mail-in registration forms, competition fees, and waiver of liability forms should be sent to the REGISTRAR along with a Registration Cover Sheet indicating:

1. The club/studio name (if applicable);
2. The first and last names (in alphabetical last name order) of those paying.

For scheduling purposes, all formation teams are requested to notify the REGISTRAR as early as possible (prior to formal registration) of their intention to compete.

1. Coach’s/Contact’s name
2. Coach’s/Contact’s phone
3. Club/Studio
4. Name of formation routine
5. List of the first and last names of all leaders and followers

Please also indicate which of the leaders and/or followers (if any) will also be competing in other events.

All competitors must also submit a waiver form [Caltech Athletics Release of Liability]. Competitors who do not submit this form will not be permitted to compete. Those competitors who are under 18 and not a college student must also obtain the signatures of their parent or legal guardian.

Those competitors registering by the first registration deadline should submit this waiver of liability form along with their payment. Those competitors registering by the second registration deadline should submit this waiver of liability form along with their payment at the welcoming party or on the day of the registration.
